Psychotherapy Teaching

Ian teaches in a number of forums with respect to Personal Construct Psychology and its application to psychotherapeutic and counselling approaches.

He provides regular teaching on the Foundation Training and Advanced Training for the Personal Construct Psychology Association.

He provides sessional teaching on the Doctorate Couse in Clinical Psychology for the University of Hertfordshire.

Bespoke courses in introductions to counselling and psychotherapy as well as courses designed around specific mental health presentations or issues can be designed and offered to individual organisations based on identified requirements.

Teaching and Facilitating Workshops in Mental Health Law and Practice

G-S Courses provides in-house bespoke courses to Local Authorities and Solicitors firms. Such programmes of training will be customised to meet the individual organisations requirements and will be tailored to address issues that are pertinent to the organisation's professional setting and experience.

Ian teaches and runs workshops for professionals such as mental health solicitors and social workers with regard to mental health law and practice. He is recognised by the Law Society, Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Institute of Legal Executives in providing continuing professional development courses to the profession. Many of these courses are run under the company name G-S Courses of which Ian is the Director.
